Before you start.
Is this covered by insurance?
Escape is a self-pay membership. Some members use HSA/FSA funds toward medication costs — we'll provide an itemized receipt on request. We do not bill insurance directly.
Who actually prescribes my medication?
A licensed physician in our network reviews your intake and labs and, if appropriate, writes your prescription. Medication is compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy — not sold as inventory.
How fast does medication ship?
Most members receive their first shipment within 3–5 business days of physician approval, then automatically each month after.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month (or quarterly, if you choose that billing). You can pause or cancel from your member portal at any time.
Do I need to live in Texas?
Our physical studios are in McKinney and Plano, TX, but telehealth membership is available anywhere our physician network is licensed to treat you. We'll confirm eligibility during intake.
