Prescription treatment is available only if an independent, licensed clinician determines it is appropriate after reviewing your information. Clinicians may decline treatment or request more information. Individual results vary.
Clinician and pharmacy services
Medical evaluation, prescribing, and dispensing are performed by independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies, who are solely responsible for their professional judgment and services. Some products described on this site may be compounded medications, which are not FDA-approved and are prepared by a licensed pharmacy only when prescribed for an individual patient.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information. Inaccurate or incomplete answers can make treatment unsafe.
- Tell your clinician about any changes to your health, medications, or pregnancy status.

Pricing, payments, and refunds
Pricing, billing terms, and any refund eligibility will be presented before you pay. Payment for prescription products is generally due only after clinician approval. Prescription medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed.
